かなり巨大サイズ感の有頭海老を紹興酒漬けにした逸品料理
こちらはまず提供された際に感じるのはそのサイズ感で、一般的な海老料理と比較してもひと回り以上大きく、しっかりとした存在感が感じられて最高
頭付きの状態で提供されるため見た目のインパクトもあり、殻の色味や艶感からも鮮度の良さが伝わってくる仕上がりとなっていました
海老は紹興酒に漬け込まれている事で香りの部分に特徴があり、口に運ぶ前からふわっとした独特の芳醇な香りが立ち上がってくる所が良い感じ
実際に食べてみると海老の身はしっとりとした質感で、プリッとした弾力を残しつつもどこかねっとりとした舌触りがあり、生と加熱の中間の様な独特の食感が印象的でした
噛むごとに海老本来の甘みと旨みがじんわりと広がり、その後から紹興酒のコクと香りが重なってくる構成となっており、シンプルながら奥行きのある味わいが楽しめました
頭の部分には濃厚な味噌がしっかりと詰まっており、こちらも紹興酒の香りと合わさる事でよりコク深い味わいが堪能出来て堪りません、、
一口で大きく齧り付き、よくよく堪能した後にハイボールでグッと流し込むのが最高に美味しかったです！

串焼が有名との事で4種類をお任せでオーダー
こちらは全体として焼きの仕上がりが非常に丁寧で、それぞれの部位ごとに適した火入れがされている印象です
炭火で焼き上げられている事で表面には香ばしさがしっかりと付いており、焼き鳥らしい風味が感じられる仕上がりとなっていました
ももに関しては適度に脂がノッており、外側は軽く焼き締められながらも中はジューシーさがしっかりと残されているイメージ
噛むごとに肉汁がグッと広がり、鶏の旨みと脂のコクがバランス良く感じられる味わいでした
せせりは首周りの部位らしく、しっかりとした弾力がありながらも噛み切りやすい柔らかさを併せ持っており、食感の良さが際立っていた所が最高
脂のノリも良く、噛むごとに旨みが広がっていくため、シンプルな味付けでも満足度が高かったです

そのままでも十分に完成された味わいですが、お酒と合わせる事でより一層引き立つタイプの一品で、ハイボールと合わせて少しずつ食べ進めるのがとても美味しかったです！

新南口を出て野毛方向に進み野毛小路に入って直進、野毛本通りに差し掛かる1つ前の十字路地点で左折しすぐの十字路を右折するとすぐ右手側に見えてくる店舗様
店内は味のある大衆酒場といった内観で、ふらっと立ち寄って飲み会をするのに適した普段使いしやすい様な空間
お席はカウンター5席、2名掛けテーブル席8脚、店外立ち飲み席の全体で計25席前後での構成となっていました
客層はおひとり様/友人同士/カップルといった所で、訪問時は常連のおひとり様層がボリュームゾーンとなっている印象を受けました
